ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of Milton Keynes Community Foundation Limited will be held in the Saxon room at Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3BN on Wednesday 16th October 2024 at 12.30 hrs for the purpose of following business: -

  1. To receive apologies for absence

  2. To approve the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 21st September 2023

  3. To receive and consider the Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements of the Group for the year to 31st March 2024

  4. To re-elect Trustees (one re-appointment)

  5. Re-appointment of Auditors

  6. To pass a Special Resolution to adopt updated Articles of Association

BY ORDER OF THE BOARD

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a member of the Community Foundation.
