Notice of AGM 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of Milton Keynes Community Foundation Limited will be held in the Saxon room at Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3BN on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 12:15 hrs for the purpose of following business: -

  1. To receive apologies for absence

  2. To approve the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 16th October 2024

  3. To receive and consider the Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements of the Group for the year to 31st March 2025

  4. To elect new Trustees (two new appointments)

  5. To re-elect Trustees (three re-appointments, one stand down)

  6. Re-appointment of Auditors for one year.

BY ORDER OF THE BOARD

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a member of the Community Foundation.
